About 15 Years ago I started taking yoga. At the time I had daily knee pain, I couldn't sit with crossed legs and I couldn't sit still (I hated shavasana). A daily yoga practice has dramatically improved the health of my knee, the pain is much less, my entire body is much stronger and more flexible. Yoga has encouraged me to sit still and mediate.


As the yoga heals my many ailments it has taught me to be quiet and be still, helping me to find inner peace and opened my heart.
